5.6 Miles this afternoon. I usually run every other day, but since I wimped out Thursday night I had to do a back to back. Drove down the road a bit and found a relatively flat stretch to run. So far this is the longest distance I have ever run.

Temp was great 45 degrees. Ate some leftover Turkey and had a beer when I got back....life is good.
