4 Miles this afternoon. Took a different route than Sunday. No bites, just alot of barks.
Got done running and felt a titghtness in the muscle just below the backside of my knee. It is not the same muscle that really bothered me 8 weeks ago. I stretched a little more than I usually do this time. After a few minutes it still tighened up so I put some ice on it for 10-15 minutes.
We will see how if feels tomorrow. I wont run again until Thursday.
