4.2 miles this morning. Sunday will be my light day, mabye 3.5 miles. Should get me just over 16 miles this week.

Calf muscle still ok. Weather is great, 37 degrees this morning, and no wind. I am going to have to get me some type of jacket to wear later since my training for the marathon will begin the end of December. January through February can get down to the teens at night and I usually only have time to run in the mornings. Any suggestions?

I also did just over 4 miles this morning. Sounds like your running is getting better all the time. I have lots of good winter running kit because of our lovely weather here in the UK. Helly Hanson do some good stuff.
