Cold has me down

Left work early with a cold this past Friday. I ran that morning and felt just a little tired but by 4:00 really felt like crap. Based on my schedule I should have ran Sunday, but no way. I'm improved today, but probalby wont run until tommorrw just to give myself the ability to get back fully.

Take it easy Adam. Running with a cold is awfull, best to rest and come back fully refreshed for a good session of training.
