4.8 miles this afternoon. Except for the cold air, everything felt good. I'm completely over my colde and today was one of my best runs in several weeks.
I'm hitting the road tomorrow to visit family members for Thanksgiving. I'll still take my running shoes. It will be a nice change of pace where I will be. I will be in Northeast Arkansas where the only hills are the Walmart speed bumps.
