I was scheduled to run last night, but the temp kept me in. Cold itself does not bother me, but the temp when I got started was 20 degrees an the wind was blowing. I started, but after a half mile, my face was numb. I decided it was just stupid to run in these conditions and went back to the house.

I took the day off from work today and after cutting wood for my wood stove, went for a run this afternoon. It was about 30 degrees which is still unusually cold for here in December. Went a different route that I looked flatter, but was terribly wrong. Still went 5.2 miles, but the hills killed me. I guess it will make me a better person in the long run.
