I'm back

Went out last Sunday morning for a 4 miler and then off camping with my family and a few friends at Hot Springs, Arkansas. Beautiful scenery. Ran Tuesday and Thursday at the campgrounds. Once about 4 miles another around 4.5. I tried to post using my blackberry, but could not figure it out.
