3.2 miles yesterday on the treadmill. I did this a pretty good pace, probably 9:45
4 Miles this pm again on the treadmill. It seems like I cant get my butt out in the early hours during the week. Then in the PM I am stuck on the treadmill. I left work around 6:30Pm and the temperature read 99 degrees.
