Monday -off
Tues-3 Miles
Wed-4 Miles
Thursday-4 miles
Fri-Off
Saturday 3 Miles

5 Miles tomorrow. Still hot here, about 10 days straight of 100's or more.

I wish I could send some of our cooler temperatures your way. My daughter, who lives in Nashville, says it's the hottest and driest summer in more than 50 years. Take it easy, Adam!
