I've been lazy lately and have not posted much, but still am running.

I had a stunning realization yesterday as I looked at my schedule. Based on the schedule I have been using I have only 3 weeks left of training, but my Half Marathon in Memphis is in 4 weeks!

I guess I dont know how to count backwards and I started one week too soon. I am going to just run about the same miles as last week. May be good for me anyway to not go up in mileage for anohter week anyway, my ankles and calfs are really getting to be sore.
