41/2 Miles today and 4 Friday.
Purchased the "Runners World Complete Book ofRunning" during Christmas. Has a section on "Imbedded Circuit training. I think I am going to give it a try.
2 miles easy run
8 different wieght workouts, with 30 secs of aerobic(bike,treadmill,stair machine) work between each stage.
After all stages, 2 miles easy run.
I'm going to try this Wednesday.
