I was supposed to run in at the Gym Friday afternoon, but when I got there it was closed. Apparently the staff decided to go home due to all the tornado's and severe thunderstorms we were having. It was raining(no....pouring down actually) so outside was out of the question. So I ran Saturday which was actually nice and cool. To make my 16 miles for the week I also ran Sunday, it was hotter and my time sucked.

I will try to add about 1-2 miles per week to my mileage and gradually get back up to 20+ miles per week.
