3 Miles on the treadmill this afternoon. I'll try to get up early tomorrow for 4 miles.

After the treadmill, I got on the stair machine. I was reading about how it is a good tool to use to increase your metabolism and I remembered when I lost quite abit of weight a couple of years ago I was on the stair machine quite abit. Only 6 minutes at a speed of 35 today.
