3 miles today on the treadmill. My legs were really sore all day yesterday after my run on the hilly course, so I stuck with the treadmill. The one feature I like about treadmills is that you can't slow down unless you turn down the speed. No loosing focus and slow your pace down.

I cranked up the speed(by my standards) and ran one of my best 3 milers in many moons.

Off to Arkansas this weekend and my long run will be in an area that is really flat.
