3 miles this morning. My workout included a warmup and 6 hill climbs at a 5k-10k pace and then a cool down. I'm still trying to get the hang of figuring out my pace. I am really going to try my best to mix up speed work this go around. Last year I thought it would be good enough just to plod along and not really trying to improve my speed.
Below are my results as of the end of Sept. I ran a few miles less this month due to being sick for a week. Probably not a bad idea to ease off a little bit before I start my training for the half Marathon in December.
