4 miles last night again.
I have really been trying to watch what I eat the last 2 months. Not so much go on a diet but just eating more fruits and vegtables. I also have stopped going out to eat for lunch during the work week except for maybe 1 time per week. I have also basically cut my intake of sweets by 90%.
I am beginning to really tell the difference.
Have you ever noticed that all of the wieght reduction drugs and programs they sell on TV always have the disclaimer "including regular exercise"?

It is amazing how exercising accelerates the benefits of a healthy diet.
I'm trying to get the pounds to come off. Running is my best weight management tool.
