3 miles this morning. I did not get up early so I ran about 8:00. It still was 55 degrees and felt great.
After my run I was walking for a few minutes and and older guy stopped his car and started to talke to m..(I live out in the sticks so I rarely see anyone on my runs). He was about 80 and we talked for a few minutes. Seemed like a real nice guy and he told me he was out for his morning ride and also going out to his church to turn on the water heater for his churches Baptistry.
Nice run and nice meet with a guy to start the day off.
