Hill work yesterday afternoon was on the schedule. 4 runs about .2mile each(5K pace)and a cool down between them. Went pretty good and my legs aren't too sore this morning.

Rained here yesterday about 3 inches and was badly needed. My okra and tomatoes are still producing. Turnip greens planted about a month ago are doing well. Good eating here in a few weeks.

I've been looking at my schedule next week and I leave for Tokyo next Saturday. My long runs for training are scheduled on Sunday but I'm thinking of doing my long run Friday(9 miles). After flying and bus riding for about 16 hours I wont fell much like running in Tokyo that night or the next morning. It will mess up my regular schedule, but I believe getting the long run in each week is priority 1.
