Back at it

Hit the treadmill last night for 3 miles. First run since Dec 6th. Really felt good. I'm going to try 5 tomorrow am and see how that goes.

Its interesting that since I don't have a race planned it seems difficult to get motivated. I'm going to have to do some seaching on the web for a half that is in Jan or Feb somewhere near me. I really need a target to be shooting for to keep my motiviation.
