Up this morning for my first offical long run of my training schedule. Went 8 miles just under 1:30, which is ok for me for now. I just took it nice and easy and felt great at the end of the run.

I have many more miles to go and don't feel like pushing myself too hard. I' m going to start my core training today too.

I'm pretty good at excel, powerpoint, and acess at work but don't know much about web pages. Can anyone give me a tip as to how I can make my blog margins wider?
