Out for an easy 3 miler yesterday and all body parts appear to be in working order.

I'll try a couple of more 4 milers, and then Friday or Saturday go for 5. Went a podiatrist and I explained the problems with my toe. Seems like the issue is that the last joint in the toe is stiff and when my foot hits the ground it does not straighten out fully so the tip of my toe is hitting the ground. Kind of like hammer toe, but not as severe. He gave me this support to wear under my toes while I run.
