Laying off again

Tried to run again Sunday, no luck. I am not going to run for 2 weeks.

I'll go to the Gym and try a bike or elliptical machine(sp?) I cant loose my momentum.

Several things to look at- what kind of running shoes do you have? Were they fit to you by a runner? Another thing sometimes lack of calcium will give you those problems. One more idea- a run/walk interval. Check out www.runinjuryfree.com and Jeff Galloway
