Another 4 miles this morning. My calf does not bother me when I run(I'm still running a pretty slow pace(10 minute miles vs. 9) But when I stretch, I can really feel a tight spot in my right calf.

Great job on keeping you milage up. Start to mix it up alittle and it will keep you healthy.
