Ran 3 miles today. A fellow blogger suggested that I mix up my mileage to help my rehab my calf. Every thing felt good.

Weight this morning was 205. I usually wiegh myself once a week and will start adding that to info on here.

I also decided to start doing some pushups on the days I run. I don't have time going to the gym to work out since I start my run at 4:30 AM and and usually get to work at 6:15. I get home usually around six. This will obviously change when I start offically my workout to prepare for the marathon next year.

I have not done pushups in forever and the day before yesterday I did 7.
