Training for my first marathon

Another 4 miles yesterday. No problems with the calf.

I'm going to try 4 1/2 or 5 tomorrow.

You are doing great. To prevent injury you should never increase total weekly mileage or any runs mileage by more that 10%. Try keeping you weekly runs level and add on to the weekend endurance run every week.(galloway-www.runinjuryfree.com)
