Went 4 miles this evening. Light day tonight since I ran a pretty good distance Sunday night.

Hey Adam good to see your still pounding them miles out. I have'nt dropped by for a while and i have no excuse so sorry :) Good to hear about your longer run on Sunday it sounds like you will be knocking on the door of double figures sometime soon.
Keep it up theres an Englishman in Wales just across the water keeping an eye out.
