Decided to drag my butt out and do an early morning run. Was on the road at 4:30. Went 5 miles in a light drizzle and 60 degrees. If I can get back in this routine of early mornings it will be good, it really makes me feel great the first few hours at work.

Hmmmm. Here in the Middle of Nowhere, 4:30 only comes once a day. Heh.
I really love running in the morning.
