Tried to go running Sunday PM around 7:30. I thought it would have cooled down enough to be able to run about 4 miles. Wrong. I barely went 2.5.

Officially start my training for the Memphis Half Marathon on Sept 1. I'm using a plan that advised I should run the below schedule for about a month before training. I start on this schedule tomorrow.

Tues-3 Miles
Wed-4 Miles
Thursday-4 Miles
Sat-3 Miles
Sunday 5 Miles
