3 Miles Thursday and then again this AM. Tommorrow 6 miles are scheduled, which should not be that bad since last Sunday I went 7. I'm in a 5K next Saturday just for the fun of it. I have not ran in one since last July 06. They are supposed to have some photographers along the way and we will be able to get some picts once they are on the web.
Working with my bees today to get some honey, I have a hive in my back yard mostly just to help with the garden, but my kids like honey on their biscuits too. I'll try to post a few picts today.
