3 miles yesterday at my 5K pace.

I figured out what my problem is, I have a condition known as "Hammer Toe" Besides surgery what I read suggested shoes with a bigger toe box. I purchased a pair of New Balance shoes that do that, and also ordered a size 14. We'll see how they do, this pm is a 4 miler.
