I was supposed to run 5miles Saturday, but my legs and ankles just said no thank you. I went out about a half mile and walked home. After my 6 on Thursday, my ankle and thighs were just killing me and I took the advice I have seen in alot of articles and took the risk of being a little under my mileage.

10 miles on Sunday went ok, a little sore the first 3 miles, but after the endorphins kicked in all went ok with a pretty decent time. My legs have been pretty tired today, but I think my rest day today will take care of that.
