3 Miles this morning at 4:45 AM. I'm going to reduce this weeks mileage by 4 miles to 15.

It seems like the past couple of weeks my legs have been tired most of the day. I have read several articles that advise you should let back a little after 3 or 4 weeks of the same or increased mileage for recovery.

I weighed in at 219 lbs this weekend. I'm shooting to loose about 20 between now and my Half Marathon On December the 6th. I have also come to the conclusion that I am going to have to start into a routine on core training. Most of my weight problem is around my waist.
