8 Miles early this morning. Temps are pretty good for the end of Nov, 39 degrees with a slight wind. My time was not too bad for me, but the important thing was that I still had alot of energy when I got done. I did not push myself too hard since my legs were pretty sore Thursday morning, but they felt pretty good today. Next week my schedule is
Monday - Rest
Tuesday - 5 Miles
Wednesday - 5 miles
Thursday - 8 Miles
Saturday - RACE DAY
I put in 115 miles this month, probably the most I ever have in one month.
