4 Miles Saturday and another 8 Sunday afternoon.
Sundays run was a little strange. My usual path is gradually downhill for 4 miles and then I turnaround. I really seemed to be dragging on the way out but back I started feeling better and seemed to be at a higher energy level going back up. My pace was not faster since I was going up some long hills, but I had alot more energy. Even though I was a little slower overall yesterday, it was a good run.
