Tried to go for a 3 miler yesterday, but now my ankle has started to be a real pain. Right where my leg meets the top of my food. Not sure what it is,but I had to take walking breaks to ease the pain. So I'm going to lay off again for awhile, the idea of a half marathon in April is Kaputz
I'm pretty fortunate as I really have not had a running injury in like forever, but I also have not tried to push myself as much in the last 18 months. So I will take it easy for while and reboot. I also need to step back and try to determine a training plan that has more than running.

So far that is one place that I have not had pain so I'm not sure what it could be. I hope you're feeling better.
