4.3 miles on the treadmill last night, not a bad pace for me at 10:33 per mile. I will try to do the same, or a little more tomorrow AM.

Tried to cut and paste some charts from my heart rate monitor website, and then also from Breaking the tape website I have started to use to post my mileage. No luck. Does anyone know any good websites that you can use to log results ie milage, heart rates, weight, etc?

Runners World has a new tracking feature. I'm trying it out, so can't say if it will work for you, but it seems pretty comprehensive. Go to:

and click on the Training Log link.

I hate the treadmill. I was going to post about that today, but forgot all about it.
